The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan number 3.2816 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette, being Tuesday 7 May 2024.
The purpose of the amendment is to transfer approximately 5.27 hectares of land in Jarrahdale from the Urban zone to the Parks and Recreation reservation in the Metropolitan Region Scheme.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme No. 3 is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1413.
