The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan number 3.2813/1 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Armadale Local Planning Scheme No. 4 is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1408/57.
Copies of the amending plan and the accompanying report on submissions are available for public inspection from Friday 4 October 2024 until Friday 1 November 2024 at the:
