Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with clause 27 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme, the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) resolved, on 21 August 2024, to transfer approximately 4.18 hectares of land within Lots 11 and 74 Beenyup Road and a portion of Gibbs Road reserve, Banjup, from the Urban Deferred zone to the Urban zone, as shown on WAPC plan number 4.1659.
Accordingly the amendment to the MRS is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
