Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Clause 27 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS), the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) resolved on 27 March 2024 to transfer approximately 39.7 ha of land within Lots 877 and 878 Stakehill Road, Karnup from the Urban Deferred zone to the Urban zone, as shown on WAPC plan 4.1669.
