The Ellenbrook Station development application proposes the construction of:
- an at-grade station building (including the station entrance and platform concourse) with typical station amenities
- a new bus interchange immediately north of the Ellenbrook Station
- a new shared / Principal Shared Path
- a dedicated passenger drop off area and a park and ride facility with approximately 500 bays
