Diana conducted training for the sexual harassment rights and responsibility in Broome with participants joining the session via MS Teams from Kununurra and Derby.
"Video technology allows us to provide training to various campuses across the state, however we are working with NRTAFE so we can do this more successfully across the Kimberley to make our services more accessible to those remote areas," she said.
Diana said there was a strong turnout for both the sexual harassment and the employee support officer training.
She said the employee support officers are committed to assisting their colleagues to work through workplace issues.
"The Commission gets a lot of interest from regional TAFE campuses, which is encouraging to see among staff in the area of regional education and training," she said.
