The eagerly awaited Government Innovators of the Year award is open for employees in the public sector. 

First announced by the Minister for Innovation and the Digital Economy at the launch of Western Australia's Innovators of the Year (WAIOTY) 2024, held at Perth Morning Startup, the award celebrates public sector employees who are transforming government services with innovative solutions.

The newly added sixth category in the WAIOTY awards program recognises public servants who develop novel products, services and technologies that enhance government operations and add value to public service delivery.

Sponsored by the Australian Innovation Management Institute (AIMI), the award includes spot for up to 5 team members in AIMI's Certified Innovation Catalyst Program.

Expressions of interest close 11:00am (AWST) Wednesday 31 July 2024.
