The department has informed the State Administrative Tribunal and the Ord Irrigation Cooperative today that it will not be appealing the decision.
The department acknowledges the findings of the Tribunal in this matter and that the decision relates to particular facts and circumstances specific to the Ord River Irrigation Area.
The State Administrative Tribunal’s decision brings this long standing matter, which began in August 2015, to a close, and the department looks forward to working collaboratively with the Ord Irrigation Cooperative to build a strong, successful Ord Irrigation Scheme.
