Western Australian-based research conference organisers are invited to apply for funding of up to $20,000 through the Science Capability and Partnerships sponsorship program.
This initiative provides financial support for conferences that foster collaboration within the state’s research ecosystem, enhance research capabilities, create strategic opportunities and elevate WA’s national and international research profile.
Eligible conferences must attract national and or national participants.
The sponsorship program aligns with WA’s 10-year Science and Technology Plan, a strategic approach to advance the state’s science and technology capabilities to drive economic growth, societal well-being and environmental sustainability.
By investing in WA-based research conferences, the sponsorship program aims to nurture the advancement of the state’s research and technology capabilities to ensure it is equipped to meet future challenges.
Applications close Monday 19 May 2025.
