Customers are now able to:
- apply for licences, works approvals and registrations (collectively termed “instruments”) as well as submit amendment, transfer and surrender applications
- submit annual fee information for licences
- submit compliance plans or reports relating to instruments.
This provides a base level of Industry Regulation functionality that will ultimately lead to full integration into Environment Online in later releases (anticipated over the next 6–12 months).
These new services add to the existing services available including:
- environmental impact assessments
- native vegetation clearing applications.
