The framework will be accompanied by an e-learning package comprising multiple educational modules for staff, and is being developed with the aim of assisting the mining industry in Western Australia to implement enhanced hazard elimination and risk mitigation tools and strategies within their communities. It will prioritise cultural accessibility and consider the diversity of and the inherent risks in this sector while, at the same time, considering the roles of all staff.
Stakeholders will be asked to assist in the design of the Framework and e-learning packages.
