High performing Level 8s from 21 agencies across the WA public sector have completed 8 months of tailored leadership development, challenging assumptions and exploring new ways of leading.
Mark Howett from the Perth Arts and Culture Trust is already seeing the positive impact of his learning.

“These strengths will enable us to lead with impact, integrity and purpose, creating positive ripples throughout the communities we serve.”
Executive Director Strategic Leadership and Talent at the Public Sector Commission, Lorraine Gregoriadis, congratulated the graduates and their commitment to stepping up and embracing new perspectives.
“You have demonstrated that you are ready to expand your thinking, challenge your assumptions and grow both personally and professionally,” she said.
