The agency capability reviews of the Department of Treasury and the Mental Health Commission have been finalised.
The executive summaries of these reviews outline the processes undertaken, findings, lines of inquiry and the agencies' areas of strength.
The reviews were undertaken as part of the Agency Capability Review Program, a proactive approach to agency and whole of sector improvement.
Reviews provide important information to guide agencies’ continuous improvement activities, and agencies are required to include in their annual report the improvement activities undertaken in response to the review.
