The Equal Opportunity Commission strongly believes gender equality is key to combatting sexual harassment and assault.
In 2020-21 there were 63 enquiries and 72 complaints regarding sexual harassment and the Commission always maintains our complaint and enquiry statistics are 'the tip of the iceberg'.
