The Department of Housing and Works respects the right for anyone to make a complaint about a service, product, staff, the handling of a complaint or any aspect of our services.

Feedback or complaints in relation to public housing

To provide feedback or make a complaint regarding a public housing product or service, please complete the online Feedback and Complaint (FAC) below.

Lodge a complaint or feedback

A member of the Complaints Management Unit will acknowledge your online complaint within two working days.

If you prefer to discuss your complaint, please feel free to contact us on 1800 333 325 (1800 FEEDBK). When we phone you, the number will appear as ‘private’ on your device.

If your feedback or complaint relates to a private rental matter, please contact Consumer Protection

 

Feedback or complaints relating to public works or procurement

To provide feedback regarding a works project or a procurement process, please complete the online form below.

If you are unable to access the online form, please email your enquiry to CustomerAdvocacy@dohw.wa.gov.au and report the issue.

Once you submit your feedback or complaint, the Department of Housing and Works will acknowledge your feedback within two working days after it is received.
