You can visit a ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk for help to set up your ServiceWA app and claim a WA Government cost of living payment.

You can get face to face help to log into the ServiceWA app and set up your Digital ID with the Digital Assist Kiosks.  

If you visit one of our physical locations the friendly staff can help you with setting up the app, logging into your Digital ID through the myID app and show you how to access secure offers and services. 

You can also learn how to use the ServiceWA app and get help to claim a offers and payment through the app, like the WA Student Assistance Payment, Fuel Support Payment, Treebate or the Tackle Shop Rebate.

What to bring for your visit

To allow staff to assist you when you visit a kiosk, please remember to bring the following with you: 

  1. Smartphone with the ServiceWA and myID apps installed and your battery charged up
  2. Any two of your Australian identity documents:  
    • passport (an Australian passport, either current or less than 3 years expired)
    • driver’s licence or learner’s permit
    • birth certificate
    • visa (using your foreign passport)
    • ImmiCard
    • citizenship certificate
    • Medicare card.  
  3. Your bank details, including your BSB and account number.

WA Student Assistance Payment and Fuel Support Payment documents

To claim the WA Student Assistance Payment, please also bring your child's WA student number (WASN). This can be found on school reports, previous NAPLAN results and some high school student SmartRider cards. If your child has started Kindergarten or Pre-primary this year you can refer to their Semester 1 report or contact their school who can provide you with this information. 

To claim the Fuel Support Payment, please also bring your driver's licence.

Allowing enough time for your visit

You do not need to book an appointment to visit a ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk, you can simply walk in during the times and dates allocated to the locations below. 

We recommend you allow enough time in case there is high demand for the service and allow at least 30 minutes to get your ServiceWA app and Digital ID (myID) set up with kiosk staff.

I don’t live near a ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk location. Will more locations be added? How can I get help?

At this time, no further locations are planned to be added however, if you need support to claim a WA Government offer or payment and there is no ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk location near you, then please call 13 33 92 or email support@digital.wa.gov.au.

Do I need to make a booking to attend the Digital Assist Kiosk?

No, you don’t need to make a booking. Simply visit a ServiceWA Digital Assist Kiosk location during kiosk open hours and someone can help you.

How many staff will be available at each Digital Assist Kiosk location?

2-4 depending on demand and availability.
