Regulation 675UB of the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 requires that, before a mine closes, the relevant person in relation to the mine must ensure that an accurate mine survey plan of where the operations are carried out at the time of the event is:
(a) prepared in accordance with any requirements imposed by the regulator; and
(b) provided to the regulator.
