How to make a complaint about any aspect of the Department's functions or a suggestion about how we could improve what we do.

If you are not not happy with any part of the Department of Premier and Cabinet’s functions or wish to make a suggestion about how we could improve what we do, or if you have a general query, please contact us on the email address admin@dpc.wa.gov.au or phone 61 8 6552 5000.

Someone on our team will assess your complaint or query and reply as needed.

If you are not happy with the resolution of your complaint or query you can choose to escalate your query further. 

Taking a complaint further

If you are not happy with the way the Department has dealt with your initial complaint or query you can contact the Ombudsman Western Australia on their email address mail@ombudsman.wa.gov.au or phone them on 61 8 9220 7555. 

You can also contact the Ombudsman Western Australia if you do not wish to raise your complaint directly with the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
